1. By completing the application online via two options:

    (a) WHI website by clicking here

    (b) Mobile application through the WHI Wekeza Mobile App.

2. By downloading and filling the manual application form from the website by clicking this link , then scan the signed and send it through email to wekeza@whi.go.tz
