Sales Officer (Faida Fund) for Dodoma and Dar es Salaam(2 Posts)

Watumishi Housing Investments (WHI) is a public entity established in 2013 responsible for the implementation of the Public Servants Housing Scheme (PSHS) and undertaking Fund Management activities. In order to implement its objectives, WHI would like to invite qualified and dynamic Tanzanians who are interested to join our entrepreneurial organization to fill the following vacant positions.

1. (a) Position: Sales Officer (Faida Fund) for Dodoma and Dar es Salaam (2 Posts)

(b)  Duties and Responsibilities.

1. Visit institutions, gatherings, and events in Dodoma and surrounding regions to ensure that the FAIDA Fund is a preferred investment fund in a central zone;
2.  To prepare promotional materials and advertisements for WHI products and services;
3. To carry out/facilitate presentations to potential FAIDA Fund investors including institutions, employees (public and private sector) etc.;
4. To arrange WHI meetings and/or attend events arranged by external parties to recruit new FAIDA FUND investors and promote more investments;
5. To visit media houses (radio, TV etc) to educate and promote WHI products (houses and FAIDA Fund);
6. To attend and answer customer queries (in social media, phone or office) on FAIDA Fund and other WHI services;
7. Prepare reports on Faida Fund Growth; and
8. To perform such other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor

       (c)   Qualifications and Experience:

      Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields; Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Commerce/Business Administration majoring in Marketing, Sales, and Banking or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions.

(d)      Employment Terms: One year (1)

(e)    Salary: As per WHI Salary Scale for Contractual Staff
